Our traffic controllers are well experienced and qualified with industry-standard required accreditation. The company possesses an extensive fleet of vehicles, each equipped with the latest technology, and tools required to accommodate our client's demands with exceptional service.

Our workforce demographic is built up of members from various aspects of the community. The majority of our workforce are women. While we retain quality employees to ensure consistent exceptional service to our clients, we also run mentoring program for young and new entrants to prepare new workforce for the industry.
We firmly support Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community engagement in the business and as a part of our support, we purchase our Hi-Vi Maxcool uniforms from Luke Penrith Arts & Designs. Luke is a passionate, proud indigenous artist. Our Hi-Vi uniforms are embedded with indigenous art.
Furthermore, Traffic Worx Pty Ltd is also a corporate member of the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management Ltd where it shares and accesses skills and knowledge developing and trending in the industry and the extensive networking opportunities with industry peers.
